grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY, unto the said
James Visco
committing unto Him the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels, rights and credits, which were of said deceased, and requiring , Him
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof i~to the Register's Office, at Washington, within ninety
days from the date hereof, and to r·ender a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof, and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

I, Madeline Visco, widow, of Union Township, Washington
County, Pennsylvania, having full legal capacity in the premises,
do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
I and making void a~ and all Wills ~ me at any time heretofore

To the Honorable P. V. Marino, President Judge of said Court:
I, James Visco, being the sole beneficiary in the Last
Will and Testament of Madeline Visco, deceased, do hereby elect
to take in kind the following described real property and do
respectfully request that the Court distribute the same to me on
account of my distributive share in the above entitled estate,

ALL that certain lot or parcel of land situate in the
Village of Courtney, Union Township, Washington County, Pennsyl-
vania, known and designated as Lot No. 5 in a Plan of Lots laid
out by John McMenemy, .(which said Plan is of record in the
Recorder's Office of said Washington County in Plan Book 3 ' page
145), and which said Lot No. 5 i n said Plan is bounded and
described as follows, to-wit: BEGINNING on the Western side of
Porter Street, at the Northeast corner of Lot No. 6 in said
McMenemy Plan; thence extending Westwardly, along the Northern
side of said Lot No. 6, 92.70 feet to Macks Alley as laid out in
said McMenemy Plan; thence along the Eastern side of said Macks
Alley, 24.97 feet to Lot No. 1 in said McMenemy Plan; thence
Northwardly, along the Eastern side of said Lot No. 1, 63.54 feet

to Lot No. 4 in said McMenemy Plan; thence Eastwardly, along the
Southern side of said Lot No. 4, 43.39 feet to Porter Street
aforesaid; and thence Southwardly along the Western side of said
Porter Street, 65 feet to the place of beginning. EXCEPTING AND
RESERVING herefrom and hereout, such coal, mining rights and
privileges ~s have been heretofore sold and conveyed away. BEING
the same premises which John McDonald and Janet McDonald, his
wife, by deed dated June 7, 1923, and recorded in the Office of
the Recorder of Deeds of Washington County, Pennsylvania, in Deed
Book Vol. 510, page 20, granted and conveyed to Luigi T. Visco
and Maddalina (also known as Madeline) Visco, his wife. The said
Luigi T. Visco having died on November 21, 1943, title thereto
vested in his wife, Maddalina (also known as Madeline) Visco, by
right of survivorship.

Madeline Visco, Devisor, to James Visco, Devisee
ALL that certain lot or parcel of land situate in the
Village of Courtney, Union Township, Washington County, Pennsyl-
vania, known and designated as Lot No. 5 in a Plan of Lots laid
out by John McMenemy (which said Plan is of record in the
Recorder's Office of said Washington County in Plan Book 3, page
145), and which said Lot No. 5 in said Plan is bounded and
described as follows, to-wit:
BEGINNING on the Western side of Porter Street, at the
Northeast corner of Lot No. 6 in said McMenemy Plan; thence
extending Westwardly, along the Northern side of said Lot No. 6,
92.70 feet to Macks Alley as laid out in said McMenemy Plan;
thence along the Eastern side of said Macks Alley, 24.97 feet to
Lot No. 1 in said McMenemy Plan; thence Northwardly, along the
Eastern side of said Lot No. 1, 63.54 feet to Lot No. 4 in said
mining rights and privileges as have· been heretofore sold and
conveyed away.
BEING the same premises which John McDonald and Janet
McDonald, his wife, by deed dated June 7, 1923, and recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Washington County, Penn-
sylvania, in Deed Book Vol. 510, page 20, granted and conveyed to
Luigi T. Visco and Maddalina (also known as Madeline) Visco, his
wife. The said Luigi T. Visco having died on November 21, 1943,
title thereto vested in his wife, Maddalina (also known as
Madeline) Visco, by right of survivorship.
