BIRD, minors under the age of 14 years, by WILLIAM D. WILSON and FLORENCE RUTH WILSON, his wife, their next friend who are an Uncle and Aunt, respectfully represents: 1. That James E. Bird was born on September 19, 1958 and 1s 12 years of age; Jason E. Bird was born on June 14, 1961 and is 9 years of age; and Joseph E. Bird was born on March 28, 1964 and is 6 years of age. . Bird, deceased father, who died on September 29, 1970. 4. That a guardian of their estates is necessary because James E. Bird, Jason E. Bird and Joseph E. Bird, minors, are the next class entitled to the proceeds of a certain Group Policy -1- '(. r . .. , .. .. f ;_ I No. Gl681 with the Union Labor Life Insurance Company·and entitled to receive a total.of approximately $10,000.00 from said Insurance company in which the said James E. Bird, deceased father, was the insured. 5. The proposed guardian is the Western Pennsylvania National Bank, Houston Branch, 22 East Pike Street, Houston, Washington County, Pennsylvania. 6. The proposed guardian has no interest adverse to that of the minors and is not a fiduciary or an officer or employee of the corporate fiduciary of an estate in which the minors have an interest nor surety or an officer or employee of the corporate surety of such a fiduciary. 7. That William D. Wilson and Florence Ruth Wilson, his wife, Uncle and Aunt, next friend, have no interest in these proceedings. WHEREFORE, your petitioners, James E. Bird, Jason E. Bird and Joseph E. Bird,·minors under the age of 14 years, by William D.
