PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
1. That Alice Morris died testate on March 6, 1971, a citizen of
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and a resident of R. D. 2, West Finley,
Washington County, Pennsylvania.
2. That all personal property (including wages paid direct to
members of decedent's family under the provisions of Section 201 of the
Fiducaries Act of 1949, and any property claimed as an exemption under the
provisions of Section 211 of said Act), consisted of a checking account in
Mellon National Bank and Trust Company of $769. 00, a savings account in
First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Washington in the amount of
$815. 13, and a draft of Union· Fidelity Life Insurance Company in the amount
of $14.00 or a total of $1598. 13.
3. That Letters Testamentary on the Estate of Alice Morris, de-
ceased, a widow, were issued by the Register of Wills of Washington County,
Pennsylvania, to Jessie Marie Shaw, who was the Executrix named in 'the Wil
of said decedent and thE;! only person interested in said Esta,te.
4. That your Petitioner is the daughter of the said Alice Morris
and tha~ said decedent .lived with your Petitioner and maintained the family
relationship prior to the death bf sai_d decedent. at~. D. 2, West Finley,

'. 5. That your P_etitioner has paid the funeral bill of her mother,
the said Alice Morris, deceas~d, in the amount of $1160. 25 to the C. Graham
Cowieson Funeral Home, medical, drug and hospital bills of said decedent in
the sum of $77. so.-
6. That the aforesaid obligations were the only obligations owed
by said decedent except for the cost paid the Register of Wills for issuing
Letters Testamentary in the amount of $11. 50 and the charge for legal servic s
in preparing this Petition and the court costs of filing the same.
7. That no Inventory and Appraisement of assets or adver~isemen
of the issuance of Letters Testamentary has been made.
8. That your Petitioner is the person entitled to the family ex-
emption of $1500.00 as provided by Section 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949
as amended.
WHEREFORE your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court to
make a decree purs'-:lant to Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949, as
amended, awarding said assets to her on account of the family exemption and
to reimburse her for the funeral, medical, and administration expenses in-
curred and paid by her on behalf of her mother, the said Alice Morris, de-
ceased.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
. I, ALICE MORRIS, of Chartiers Township, Washington
County, Pennsylvania, do hereby make, .publish and declare this
\
to be my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking any other will
or wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct my executrix hereinafter named to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon_ as convenient after
my decease.
2. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate
of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate, I give, devise
and bequeath tp my daughter, Jessie Marie Shaw.
3. I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter,
Jessie 11arie Shp.w, to: be exec.utrix of this my Last Will and
Test~ment, provided, however, that if my daughter shall fail
to qualify, then and in such event I appoint her husband,
Floyd Shaw to be such executor.
