AND NOW, the If day of /)1~ 1971, the-
foregoing Petition having been presented to the Court, upon
consideration thereof, and upon motion of Greenlee, Richman,
Derrico and Posa, counsel for the estate,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED that the items of
personal property of Agnes M. Shaler, deceased, set out in said
Petition, and being decedent's entire estate, as follows:
(a) Savings Account No. 77398 in the Union Federal
Savings and Loan Association, 30 12th Street,
Wheeling, West Virginia, in the name of Agnes M.
Shaler, the balance as of February 18, 1971, being$ 835.57
(b) Checking Account No. 0433-0112-04-00639-9-06 in
the First National Bank of Washington, West
Alexander Office, in the name of Mrs. Agnes M.
Shaler, the balance being 218.58
(c) Miscellaneous household goods and furniture
valued at 300.00
Total Value of the Estate $1,354.15
be and are hereby awarded and set aside to CHARLES A. SHALER,SR.
surviving husband of the decedent, without notice and without
issuance of Letters of Administration and Letters Testamentary,
on account of his family exemption, agreeably to the provisions
of Sections 202 and 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18, 1949,
P. L. 512, as amended, and the rules of this Court.
FURTHER, an attested copy of this Decree shall be
sufficient authority for payment or transfer of the aforesaid
property to CHARLES A. SHALER, SR.

TO THE HONORABLE P. V. MARINO, JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
SR. The petition of CHARLES A. SHALER,/respectfully
represents:
1. The decedent, Agnes M. Shaler, died on
February 11, 1971, a resident of North Liberty Street Extension,
West Alexander, Washington County, Pennsylvania.
2. The decedent left the following described
personal property, being the decedent's entire estate:
(a) Savings Account No. 77398 in the Union
Federal Savings and Loan Association,
30 12th Street, Wheeling, West Virginia,
in the name of Agnes M. Shaler, the
balance as of February 18, 1971, being

3. The decedent left a Will in her own handwriting,
undated and without witnesses, which is attached hereto and desig-
nated Exhibit "A".

4. The decedent left surviving her the following
named heirs and next of kin:

West Alexander, Pennsylvania
(b) Vincent E. King, son

(c) Mrs. Audrey Short

5. No Letters of Administration nor Letters
Testamentary have been issued in the decedent's estate.

6. There are no unpaid creditors of the decedent,
and the funeral bill has been paid.
7. Your Petitioner was in family relationship
with the decedent at the time of her death.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays that your
Honorable Court award and set aside to him the above stated
personal property, without notice and without issuance of
Letters of Administration or Letters Testamentary, on account
of his family exemption, all in accordance with provisions of
Sections 202 and 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18, 1949,
P. L. 512, as amended and the rules of your Honorable Court.
