MR. POSA: If the 'Court please', this is a rather old estate.
Letters were taken ~ut in 1962 and. His Honor, Judge Curran was the
counsel for the estate. And it was never co~pleted. We took over la, t
year and have, I think, completed the -estate. However, we have not
be en able to locate a copy of the Letters Testamentary and they are rot

with the papers. I presume-they-are in Judge Curran's files. But· we
believe_ we have everything else that is needed here.

fronting on the south side of_East Maiden Street twenty-five
(25) feet, more or less, and extending back to the line of
property now or formerly of J. K. Lawson, one hundred forty (140)
feet, more or less; bonded on the'East by lot now or formerly
of Lee Shepherd and on the West by lots now or formerly of
Bradford M. Stowell et ux. and of J. A. McGibbney.
TOGETHER WITH and appurtenant to said lot a right of way
as reserved in the Deed of JohnS. Jackson et ux. to Bradford
M. Stowell, dated October 27, 1928, and recorded in the Recorder's
Office of Washington County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book 561, Page 140.
BEING the same premises conveyed to Raffaele Cornetta and
Carlina Cornetta, his wife, by deed of JohnS. Jackson et al.,
dated October 24, 1924 and recorded in said Recorder's Office
in Deed Book 565, Page 273. The said Raffaele Cornetta, died
leaving a widow, Carlina Cornetta, who is the same person as
Carolina Tesauro Cornetti, the above named decedent, as the
