That your petitioner is the daughter of THORNTON MINNIE, deceased. 2. That the residence of the deceased was Lawrence, Washington County, Pennsylvania. 3. That the decedent died July 26~ 1970 while being a residen of Lawrence, Washington County~ Pennsylvania. 4. That your petitioner has not applied for letters of admin- istration and does not intend to apply, and no other person has applied for letters of administration to the knowledge of your petitioner. 5. That the estate of the decedent consists of: .. That your petitioner paid the funeral bill to William E. Speakman in the amount of $ 1, 155. 00. 7. That the decedent was survived by Teresa Minnie Long, your petitioner, and Mary Angela Minnie, age 6, both being daughters of the decedent. The said Mary Angela Minnie resides with your petitioner. WHEREFORE, your petitioner requests your Honorable Court, pursuant to Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18, 1949, P. L. 512, as amended, 20 P. S. Section 320.202, to award distribution of the entire estate of the decedent to TERESA MINNIE LONG without further notice and without grant of letters of administration. GREGORY, JR., attorneys for the petitioner, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the entire amount of the estate as set forth in the petition, which consists of Social Security Administration, Black Lung benefits in the amount of $ 700. 20; a 1966 Poiltiae Coupe; Manufacturers No. 235076B11163 valued at $ 150. 00; and a 1965 Ford Ranchero, Manufacturer 1 s No. 5H27U234067 valued at $ 200.00 be distributed to TER.ESA MINNIE LONG It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the said distribution be authorized without the grant of letters of administration or further notice, and·this decree shall act as authority to all transfer agents to make the necessary transfer of titles.
