That Mirko Hazuk died testate in the City of Brownsville, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, on the fourth day of February, 1971, and at the time of his death was domiciled in Elrama, Washington County, Pennsylvania. 2. Lett'ers testamentary were granted on his estate to your petitioner, Ivan Corak, by the Register of Wills of Washington County, Pennsylvania, on March 11, 1971. A true and correct copy of the decedent's Last Will and Testament is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference thereto as Exhibit ''A". 3. At the time of his death, the decedent was possessed of the personal property set forth in the Inventory attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference thereto as Exhibit "B". The value of said assets is $4, 329. 28, consisting entirely of personal property and no real estate. The decedent had no other estate. 4. By the terms of the decedent's Will, as attached hereto as Exhibit '1A", the decedent bequeathed $1, 000. 00 to each of his two daughters, the sum of $500. 00 to George Uremovich, a friend, and the balance or residue of his estate to Ivan ,C.orak,. you_r petit~orier ~. 5. The decedent was unmarried at the time of his death as his wife, Mary Hazuk, failed to survive him. As stated aforesaid, the decedent1s heirs - ·.
