PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF A SMALL ESTATE UNDER
§ 202 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949, AS AMENDED
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The petition of Margar~t Sosnak repsectfully represents:
The decedent, Joe1Mike Sosnak, was a resident of
Vestaburg, Washington County, Pennsylvania, and died on April 22,
1970.

There are several living children listed as follows:
(1} Joe Sosnak, Vestaburg, Pa.-;
(2) John Sosnak, New York, New York;
(3} George Sosnak, Vestaburg, Pa.;
(4) Ann Sosnak, Republic, Pa.;
{5} Sue Sosnak, Clevelan~, Ohio;
(6) Margaret Sosnak, Cleveland, Ohio.

All persons entitled to share in this Estate are sui 1

The only property of the Estate of Joe Mike Sosnak is
a black lung check due from the Social Security Administration
in the amount of $350.10.

The decedent, Joe Mike Sosnak, owed no money, and the
only creditor is your petitioner, who has assumed and paid for
the burial expenses in the amount of $1,100.00.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner respectfully requests this
Honorable Court to enter an Order whereby the check ~~om the
Social Security Administration be paid over to the petitioner
to defray the expenses of burial.

upon consideration of the foregoing petition, and pursuant to
the provisions of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949
as amended, the check due the Estate of Joe Mike Sosnak from the
Social Security Administration in the approximate amount of
Three Hundred Fifty and 10/100 ($350.10) Dollars is to be
distributed and awarded to Margaret Sosnak in order to defray
the expenses for burial assumed by the said Margaret Sosnak.
