WHEREAS, the said Anthony Ramoski late of
Fallowfield Township in the county aforesaid, lately died intestate
(as is affirmed), possessed of divers goods and chattels, rights and credits, within the said County,
Russell Marino
by reason whereof the power of granting administration thereof doth belong to me; I therefore, confiding
in your fidelity, do by these presents grant unto you these LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION, here-
by committing unto you full power to administer the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were

REALTY:
ALL that certain tract of land situate in Fallowfield Township,
Washington County, Pennsylvania, beginning at a stake in the public
road leading from Bentleyville to Charleroi and at a point at the
corner of land of Wallace Ramoski and Jennie Ramoski, his wife,
thence along said road North 82 1/2° East 110 feet to a point on other
lands of the within grantors; thence South 20° 25~ East 596 feet to a
point and along other lands of the grantors; thence South 82 1/2° West
110 feet to the land of Wallace Ramoski and Jennie Ramoski, his
wife; thence continuing along said lands North 20° 25' West 596 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. Containing approximately 1 1/2 acres.
Subject to an easement on, under or over the tract re rein des-
cribed for the transporting of water from the other lands of the
grantors to the tract owned by Wallace~amoski and Jennie Ramoski,
his wife, the benefit of which easement shall run to the heirs and
assigD;s of the said Wallace Ramoski and Jennie Ramoski, his wife.
Excepting and Reserving therefrom and thereout all the Pitts-
burgh or River vein of coal and the mining rights conveyed to the
Monongahela River Consolidated Coal and Coke Company, and subjject
to the Right-of-Way for the two telephone lines now erected crossing
said land, and also, subject to the existing oil and gas lease.
Being the same tract of land which Felix Ramoski and Katarina
Ramoski, alias dictus, Katie Ramoski, his wife, by their deed dated

PETITION RELATING TO SALE OF RE;A.L ESTATE
To the Honorable, P. Vincent Marino, Judge of said Court:
The petition of Rose Ramoski, Administratrix of the Estate of
Anthony Ramoski, deceased, respectfully represents:
1e That the decedent, Anthony Ramoski, late of Fallowfield Township,
Washington County, Pennsylvania, died intestate on January 10, 1971,
leaving to survive him his widow, Rose Ramoski, the petitioner herein,
and three children, Marian Nagy, Alice Hasko, and Wallace Ramoski, all
of whom are of age and sui juris.
2. That Letters of Administration on the decedent1 s estate was
granted to your pe'titioner on February 26, 1971, and security was entered
by your petitioner with the Register of Wills in the sum o1I'Z.p DO, (1-()
3~ That as shown by inventory filed in said estate, the assets consist
of personalty in the amount of $1, 715.00, and real estate in the amount of
$16, 000.00, and as shown by the account, the obligations of said estate
amount to $5, 084e 93.
4. That the said real estate herein mentioned was conveyed by Felix
Ramoski and Katarina Ramoski, his wife, to Anthony Ramoski and Alice
Ramoski, his wife, by deed dated March 24, 19·41, and is of record in
Deed Book Volume 646, page 114, records of Washington County, Pennsy1 ...
vania and is more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Fallowfield
Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, beginning at a
stake in the public road leading from Bentleyville to Charleroi
and at a point the corner of land of Wallace Ramoski and
Jennie Ramoski, his wife, thence along said road No!tth
8Z 1 /Z0 East 110 feet to a point on other lands of the within
grantors; thence South Z0° Z5' East 596 feet to a point and
along other lands of the grantOrs; thence South 8Z 1/Z0 West
110 feet to the land of Wallace Ramoski and Jennie Ramoski,
his wife; tle nee continuing along said lands North Z0° Z5'
West 596 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. Containing
approximately 1 1 /Z acres.
Subject to an easement on, under or over the tract herein
described for the transporting of water from the other lands
of the grantors to the tract owned by Wallace Ramo ski and
Jennie Ramoski, his wife, the benefit of which easement shall
run to the heirs and assigns 6£ the said Wallace Ramoski and
Jennie Ramoski, his wife.
Excepting and Reserving therefrom and thereout all the
Pittsburgh or River vein of coal and the mining rights con ...
veyed to the Monongahela River Consolidated Coal and Coke
Company, and subject to the Right-of-Way for the two telephone
lines now erected crossing said land, and also, subject to the
existing oil and gas lease.
BEING the same property conveyed to Anthony Ramoski and
Alice Ramoski, his wife, by deed of Felix Ramoski and
Katarina Ramoski, his wife, the said deed being .dated
March Z4, 1971, and of record in Deed Book Vol. 646,
p. 114. The said Alice Ramoski having died title became
vested in Anthony Ramoski by operation of law. The said
Anthony Ramoski, being so seized married your petitioner,
Rose Ramoski.
5. That your petitioner has entered into an agreement to sell said
parcel of land to Dan DeNardo for ·$16, 000.00, as shown by a copy of said
agreement attached hereto, and made a part hereof. The said property
which is improved by a one and one ... half story dwelling is assessed for
taxation purposes at
6. That the children of the said decedent, namely, Marian Nagy,
Alice Hasko, and Wallace Ramoski, each of whom have a Z/9 interest in
the estate of the said decedent, have been given notice of said proposed
sale, and have consented thereto, as shown by their consents attached
hereto.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner respectfully prays that she be

the proceeds of said sale under authority of Section 541 of the Fiduciaries

are no complications in this estate. There was a sale of real estate
vvith the consent of the heirs and distribution. I have requested
in the audit distribution of a trailer and some other personalty,
some items that have been held by the widovv of the decedent, and a so
who is also the executrix for several years. And in all fairness, I

think that these items should be taken by her at the appraised value
in view of the time that has expired during 'vhich she's had the
benefit of those items. And the trailer, I have requested that it

but if you notice in the audit, the other items other than the trailer

for that. She is not going to get that as part of her exemption.

She would not even advertise it or make. any attempt to sell any
of these items. When I phoned her I had a bedro'om set down there
it 'vas mine, given to me. She has sold it. When I asked her
if I could come down and take the things that belonged to me, she t ~ld
me I had no business down there, that nothing in that house belongetl
~ to me at all. There's a wedding ring that belongs to my father

from my mother. She will not give this up to my brother. Heonly
wants it as a ·keepsake. What the Court allows, she can have.
We only want things that were of sentimental value. This bedroom
suit w~s about 30 years old. I'm 38. It was given to me by my
grandparents. I have not touched it. When I called her and ashed h r
for ·it she said she had sold it, that it was no·ne of my business and
it did not belong to me: She said that she 'vou ld put this money into
the estate, but I looked over the papers and there's no such mentioln
of any monies for two bedroom suits sold. I know this is very pett~,
but this is not the point.

'Nhich unfortunate1y should never arise in the first place. They are
small matters. Ordinarily, this would not be here, except that the
relationship of the parties and really, I don't think that probably
none of them are being harsh or unfair about it. And I believe that
vve can get together. They are small items. They are small matte s
and I think we can get together on the gravestone.

face value, it sets forth briefly the reasons for such depreciation as to each item; all moneys payable
to the estate from life insurance polici-es carried by decedent; all annuity and endowment contracts tht~
proceeds of which were payable upon the death of the decedent; and all the corporate stocks and dividends
due thereon and unpaid as of the date of death, bonds and accrued interest thereon to the date of dece-
dent's death and other investment securities owned by the decedent at the time of death, with the market
value thereof at such time.
In the case of securities of close or family corporations, the values reported are as far as
possible substantiated by financial statements of the corporations, showing the assets and liabilities
thereof as of the date of death. The schedule also sets forth the interest of decedent at the time of
death in any co-partnership or business, and in support of the value of such interest there is annexed to
said schedule, financial statements showing the assets and liabilities of said co-partnership or business.
A copy of the co-partnership agreement, (if oral, a statement setting forth the nature of the agreement)
together with a statement setting forth the character of the business, its location, and such other facts
pertaining to the business as may be pertinent to a fair and just appraisal of the decedent's interest
therein must be submitted. It should also set forth in itemized form, together with the fair market value
thereof, any other property owned or bequeathed by the decedent at the time of death.
The Schedule C attached hereto and made part hereof sets forth a true-answer to each inquiry
contained therein and in the case of transfers of property,-real or personal, within two years of decedent's
death, in contemplation of decedent's death, or intended to take effect in possession -or enjoyment at or
after death, said schedule sets forth the nature and value of such property, to whom transferred, the
relationship of the_ transferees to the decedent, the proportionate share received by etteh transferee and
all other facts of a pertinent nature regarding said transfers. In the case of transfers intended to
take effect in possession or enjoyment at or after death, there is also attached to the schedule a co~y
of the deed, trust agreeme!lt or other instrument creating the trust. Thero~ is al!?o set forth" in said
schedule a list of all property, real and personal, with its value, which passes"at decedent's death by
virtue of the exercise by decedent, either individually, or jointly with another, or any power of appoint-

That Schedule D attached hereto and made part hereof sets forth the names and addresses of all
persons beneficially interested in this estate at the time of decedent's death, :the nature of their res-
pective interests, their relationship, if any, to the decedent, together with the ages at the time of
decedent's death of all minors, annuitants and beneficiaries for life under decedent's Will. It also
contains a statement showing which of the beneficiaries named in the decedent's will, if any, died prior
to decedent, the dates of their death, their issue, andthe relationship of such issue to the beneficiary.
That Schedule E attached hereto _and made a part hereof sets forth all property, real and per-
sonal, owned by the decedent jointly with another or others, including intangible, standing in the name
of the decedent and others, plus the date and place of record of instruments effecting the vestiture of
real estate and the date of acquisition of personalty, plus the name, address and relationship,_ if any,
of co-owners to the decedent.
That Schedule F attached hereto and made a part hereof sets forth fully and in detail all debts
and deductions claimed for and on behalf of this decedent's estate, including funeral expenses paid;
family exemption, where applicable; costs of administration of this estate; counsel fees and fudiciary's
commissions paid or to be paid; cost expended for burial trusts, tombstones or gravemarkers, and reli-
gious services, in consequence of the death of the decedent; debts and claims owing and unpaid at time of
death; taxes accrued chargeable for period prior to decedent's death (except those allowed under Section
651 of the Inheritance and Estate Tax Act); together with a statement of collateral pledged for obliga-
tions, if any. It is agreed that the fiduciary will present proof of said claimed obligations upon re-
quest, that if the amount actually paid in settlement of any fee, commission or debt is less than the
estimated amount claiming and allowed, that the same will be reported to the Register of Wills, and that
the amount of tax assessed can be reassessed in accordance therewith.

beginning at a stake in the public road leading from
Bentleyville to Charleroi and at a point the corner
of land of Wallace Ramoski and Jennie Ramoski, his
wife, thence along said road North 82 1/2° East 110
feet to a point on other lands of the within grantors;
thence South 20° 25' East 596 feet to a point and along
other lands of the grantors; thence South 82 1/2° West
110 feet to the land of Wallace Ramoski and Jennie
1 Ramoski, his wife; thence continuing along said lands
North 20° 25' West 596 feet to the PLACE OF BEGIN-
NING. Containing approximately 1 1/2 acres.
Subject to an easement on, under or over the tract
herein described for the transporting of water from
the other lands of the grantors to the tract owned by
