DECEASED._ ] ] PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION OF SMALL ESTATE TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT: The Petition of Grace M. Cryblskey respectfully represents: 1. That she is the surviving spouse of Joseph Cryblskey who died on July 23, 1970 domiciled in Washington County Pennsylvania with his residence at Box 33 Spring Street, MCDonald, Pa. 15057. 2. The said Joseph Cryblskey died intestate and no letters of administration have been granted on his Estate. 3. The assets of the Estate of Joseph Cryblskey consisted of a 1970 Bellaire Chevrolet automobile and a claim for Black Lung Benefits under the Federal Coal Mine Health and Safety Act of 1969. Your petitioner has been advised by Bianchi Olds-Chevrolet of Barr Street, McDonald Pa., from whom the said 1970 Bellaire Chevrolet had been purchased by the said Joseph Cryblskey in November 1969, that the said 1970 Bellaire had a fair market value on July 23, 1970, the date of death, of $2,500.00; that the balance on the finance account on the purchase of said Bellaire Chevrolet was $1,549.60 on the date of death. That the net asset value of said Bellaire Chevrolet to the Estate ' was $950.40; that the Department of Health Education and . ,. Welfare, Social Security Administration, through Social Security . ~ Office 226 at 365 Jefferson Avenue, Washington, Pa. 15301 advises your petitioner that .there is the sum of $1,300.20 due and owing to the Estate of Joseph Cryblskey for unpaid Black Lung Ben~fits for.the months of January 1970 through June 1970. •' ...... . Cryblskey, surviving spouse and three children, Joseph Morgan Cryblskey, Edward James Cryblskey and Viola Mae Minko, all of whom are of full legal age. 6. That the widow's exemption in the amount of $1,500.00 is claimed by your petitioner as the surviving spouse. Your petitioner avers that the decedent and your petitioner lived together in the family relationship at the time of his death. Your petitioner desires to claim her widow's exemption out of the net value of the said Bellaire Chevrolet, and the said Black Lung Benefits due to the Estate. ~ 7.
