Letters of Administration or Letters Testamentary have not been issued upon the estate of the de~edent, and a Wi I I has not been p rebated. 5. That your petitioner has paid all funeral, church, burial lot, and other outstanding bills owing and due against the estate of said Emmett Sellers. 6. The debts of the decedent exceed the assets of the decedent, and there is accordingly no inheritance tax due the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, nor any other tax due or payable~ 7. That this petition for settlment is made pursuant to Provisions of Article 2, Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949, its amendments and supplements, as Emmett Sellers having died domiciled in the Commonwealth ~f Pennsylvania, in.the County of Washington, and owing property of a gross value not exceeding $ 764.87. D. #2, .Eighty-Four Washington County, Pennsylvania, being at the time 74 years of age. / 2. The decedent left surviving him, his wife: Beatrice W. Sellers, R.D.#2, Eighty-Four, Po. 15330. 3. The said decedent did' not die seized of any real estate·. The sole estate of the decedent, now in the custody of the petitioner, consisted of persona I property of the approximate gross value not exceeding $764.87 to-wit: of the gross value of $60.58 being accrued vacation pay and of the.gr.oss valu~ of S 704.29 being in the vested account in the Eighty-Four Lumber Company Profit Sharing Trust, as appears on the lnven- tory and Appro isement hereto attached and made a part hereof. There were no wages paid directly to members of decedent's family under Section 201 of the Fidu'Ciaries Act of 1949. 4 •. Letters of Administration or Letters Testamentary have not been issued upon the 'estate-of the decedent, and a Will has not been probated. \ 5.
