KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, John 0 'Dell, Sr.
of The Borough of New Eagle, Washington County, Pennsylvania,
having full legal capacity in the premises, do hereby make this
my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void ~ny
and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made, in manner and
form as follows:
1. I direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, to pay
all of my just debts, funeral expenses, transfer inheritance,
succession and estate taxes for the payment of which my estate
may be lawfully liable, and the expenses of the administration
of my estate as soon after my decease as may b'e proper .and
expedient.
2. All the rest and residue of my estate, both real
and personal, and wheresoever situate or found, of which I may
die seized or possessed, or to which I may be entitled at the
time of my decease, and remaining after the payment of the
several items set forth in the preceding paragraph 1. hereof, I .
will, devise and bequeath unto my wife, Henrietta O'Dell, in fee
~1 simple and absolutely; providing, ho\vever, that she shall survive
ll I me in life. In the event that my said wife should predecease
me, or in the event th~t my wife and I should meet simultaneous
deaths, then, and in either of said events, I will, devise and
bequeath my said residuum estate as follows:·· (1) I will and
bequeath all of my United States Savings Bonds to my daughter,
Jl Henrietta June Crabtree, of Bethel Park, Allegheny County, Penn-j
sylvania, absolutely. (2) I will, devise and bequeath all the 1 I remaining part of my said residuum.estate to my daughter, Henri-I
etta June Crabtree, and my son, John O'Dell, Jr., in equal shares,;
in fee ~imple and absolutely.
3. I hereby appoint my wife, Henrietta O'Dell, to
be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. In the
event that my said wife should predecease me, then, I appoint
