Conklin, deceased, and petitions your Honorable Court for the settlement of the estate of Willis L. Conklin based upon the following facts: 1~ ·Your petitioner is Arlie E. Conklin who resides at R.D. 3, Washi~gton, Canton Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, and who is the surviving parent of Willis L. Conklin, deceased. 2. Willis L. Conklin died on February 21, 1970, and on February 16, 1971, letters of administration were granted to Arlie E. Conklin, your petitioner. 3. Decedent left no will, having died intestate. on February 21, 1970 at Washington, Pennsylvania. 4. The sole property of the decedent is the stim of $500.00. which were the insurance proceeds of the Medical Pay Provision of his insurance policy. 5. The following disbursements have been made to the estate prior to the filing of this petition: March 15, 1970 -Funeral Director -$1,300~00. 6. There are no unpaid claimants to the ·estate for any debts owing by Willis L. Conklin. 7.. The only debt, , which is the funeral bill, was advanced by your petitioner, Arlie E. Conklin, who claims re- imbursement for the same out of the proceeds of the estate. .. ·~ WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays that the Court direct distribution of the net assets in the amount of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars to Arlie E.
