PETITION TO DISCHARGE ADMINISTRATOR
The Petition of GEORGE R. SEWAK respectfully
rep resents:
1. That on February 10, 1969, Linda L. Cipranic
died as the result of an automobile accident;
2. That on February 9, 1971, Letters of Administration
at the above number and term were issued by the Register of Wills
for Washington County, naming your Petitioner, GEORGE R. SEWAK,
as Administrator of the Est~ te;
J. That the sole purpose of the application for and
the granting of Letters of Administration was the result of the
institution of a law suit in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, wherei
the Estate of the Decedent was named a Defendant;
4. That the lawsuit in Allegheny County at No. 1562
April Term, 1971 in the Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division,
was settled and discontinued on November 22, 1971;
5. That your Petitioner knows of no assets in the
Estate of the Decedent;
6. That your Petitioner wishes to be removed as the
Administrator of the Estate of Linda L. Cipranic;
7. That your Petitioner knows of no reason why the
Admin is tra tion of the Estate should be continued.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays that this Honorable
Court make an order, discharging George R. Sewak as the Adminis-
trator of the Estate of Linda L. Cipranic, Deceased; that the
Admin is tra tion of the Estate of the above named decedent be
terminated and further that the surety of the Administrator,
George R. Sewak, be released from any further liability.

be terminated and that United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company
be released from any further liability on the surety bond originall
filed.
