HomeMy WebLinkAboutOC1971-0213 - ESTATE OF MASON• LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF GEORGE EDWARD MASON I, George Edward Mason, of Vestaburg, Washington County, Pennsylvania, being over the age of twenty-one years, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish.and declare this to. be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revo~ing any and all Wills by me heretofore made. FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first paid out of my estate as soon after my death as can be conveniently accomplished. SECOND: I give, bequeath, and .devise all of my property, "·.· both real and pers.onal, of whatsoever kind and character or to which I may be entitled at the time of my death and wheresoever situated, to my beloved wife, Hazel Forest Mason, in fee simple, to have and to hold and do with as to her may seem fit and proper. THIRD: I hereby name, constitute and appoint my beloved wife, Hazel Forest Mason, to be the Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament, and direct that she be permitted to serve as such without being required to give bond in any amount.
