PETITION FOR THE SETTLEMENT OF A SMALL ESTATE UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949, AS AMENDED I TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT: The Petition of William E. Boyd, Jr., respectfully represents: 1. That Hattie F. Hill departed this life on the 4th day of January, 1971, domiciled at 535 McKe~n Avenue, Donora, Washington County, Pennsylvania. 2. That your Petit~ener is William E. Boyd, Jr. who resides at 526 McKean Avenue, Donora, Washington County, Pennsylvania, a son of the said decedent who did not form a part of decedent's household at the date of her death. 3. That Hattie F. Hill died intestate and Letters of Ad- ministration were issued to the Petitioner herein on February 23, 1971, by Russell Marino, the Register of Wills of Washington County, Pennsylvania. 4. That the only heirs or persons entitled to a share of the decedent's estate are as follows: 1. William E. Boyd, Jr., a son 2. Ladora MacDonald, a daughter, who resides at 1796 Grant Avenue, Novato, California. 3. Patricia Dizimera, a granddaughter, who resides at 9th and Thompson,Avenue, Donora, Pa. -1- Patricia Dizimera is the aaughter of Dolores Mizwa, who was the daughter of the decedent and ~ho died in 1958. 4. Lori Boyd Johnson, a granddaughter of 1278 Pacific Aven~e2 Pentaluma, C~lifornia Lori Boyd Johnson is the daughter of Dwight Boyd, a son of the decedent who died on December 8, 1963. 5. Lisa Boyd Johnson, a granddaughter of 1278 Pacific Avenue, Pentaluma, California Lisa Boyd Johnson is the daughter of Dwight Boyd, a son of the decedent who died on December 8, 1965~ 5. Under the Intestate Act the said William E. Boyd, Jr.,Ladora MacDonald and Patricia Dizimera would each be entitled to a one- fourth interest in the Decedent's Estate. The said Lori Boyd Johnson and Lisa Boyd Johnson would each be entitled to a one- eighth interest in the Decedent's Estate. None of the above heirs have received or retained any property of the decedent by payment of wages, salary or any accrued vacation benefits or pension due the deceased under Section 201 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949 (20 P.S. Sec. 320.201), or otherwise. 6. That none of the heirs are entitled to the family exemption. 7.
