ITEM: I. I direct the payrnent out of my estate of the expenses of my
·illness and iunera~ and the placing of a headstone.
ITE!\1 II. I give, devise and bequeath to Frank J. Karluk, my son,
my undivided one-half interest in premises known as No. 455 Duncan Avenue.
in the City of Washington, :Pennsylvania, which premises were purchased ·
.fr0m Elizabeth -McEnrue.
ITEivi III. I give, devise and .bequeath to Frank J. Karluk, my son,
all and any part of the sums of money or property which I have advanced or
loaned to him' .and which may remain unpaid at the time of my dece.ase.
ITEl\'I IV. All the re~t.-residue and remaind~r of my estate., real·and
personal, I give, devise and bequeath in equal shares to Fran\<. J. Karluk,
iny .son, and Amelia K .. Zelenka, my da:u·ghtet.

comes distributable to a minor shall be held in trust by my Executor-during
.,._ · min.o,r:ity. ..... M.x.E~ecutor shall aP.Qly such amounts of income and prindpal as
he, in his sole discretion, deems proper for the support, edu,cation and wel-
fare of such minor and shall.accumulate any unexpended balance of ifl.C'ome.
Such amounts may be applied directly or may be paid to the person with
whom such minor resides or who has the care of control of such minor, . with1
out the intervention of a guardian. My Executor shall not b8 obliged to super!
vise or inquire into the application of such amounts .by such person, and the '
receipt of such person ahll be. a complete release of my Ex·ecutor. Should .

.the share of a minor. in the sole opinion of my Executor be or become too ·
small to warrant conti~1.uing such fund in trust, or should its administration
be or becol'ne impractical .for any other reason, my Executor, in his sole

savings account in a savings institution of his choosing, payable to the minor
at majority.

.f ITElvi I. I direct the payment out of my estate of the expenses of .my I. illness and iunera! and the placing of a headstone.
-· ITE.!\1 II. ·I give, devise and bequeath toFrank J. Karluk, my son,
my undivided one-half interest in premises lmmvn as No. 455 Duncan Avenue
in the City of Washington, _Pennsylvania, which premises were purchased
from Elizabeth McEnrue.
ITEivi III. I give, devise and bequeath to Frank J. Karluk, my son,
all and any part of the sums of money or property which I have advanced or
loaned to him and \Vhich may remain unpaid at the time of my decease.
ITElVI IV. .All the rest, residue and remainder of i:ny estate, real and
personal, I give, devise and bequeath in equal shares to Frank J. ·Karluk,
my son, and Amelia K.. Zelenka, iny daughter.
ITE!vi V. Any share of my estate, income or pincipal, which be-·

comes distributable to a minor shall be held in trust by my Executor during
mino~rity.. M:>: Executor shall apply such amounts of income and principal as ·
he, in his sole discretion, deems proper for the support, education and wel-·. ·
fare of such minor and shall-accumulate any unexpended balance of income.
Such. amounts may be applied dir.ectly· or may be paid to the person with
_whom s~ch mino~ resides or v:ho has the care of ~ontrol of such. minor, wi.thi
out the mtervent10n of a guardian. My Executor snall n.ot.be obllged to super(
vise or inq:.1ire into the application of such amounts b}7 such ·persoi1, and the 1 ·
receipt of such person ahll be a complete release of my Executor. Should
the share of a minor, in the sole opinion of my Executor be or become too
small to v.'arr.c>.nt conthming such fund in trust, or should its administration
be or beco.;.ne impractical for any other reason, my Executor. in his sole
discretion, may pay such share, absolutely, to the parerit or other person
maintaining such minor or may deposit such share in th~ minor's name in a
·savings account in a savings institution of his choosing, payable to the minor
at majority.
ITEIVI VI. I appoint Frank J. Karluk, Executor of this Will. and he
shall not be ,required to enter security 'in any jurisdiction.
