EXCEPTING AND RESERVING, however, all the coal of
the Pittsburgh or River Vein in and underlying the
above described tracts of land, toge~her with the
mining rights conveyed by Francis H. Williams and
wife to Emmet Queen by deed.dated January 22, 1900,
and recorded in said Recorder•s Office in Deed
Book Vol. 235, page 32.
THE first described tract is subject to a certain
Oil and Gas Lease now held by the Greensboro Gas
Company and the second is subject to an Oil and
Gas Lea s e he 1 d by the Carne g i."e Nat u r a 1 G a s Com p a n y ,
but one-half of all the re~tals and royalties
accruing and payable under said Leases after the
delivery of deed shall be paid to the Grantees
therein.

BEING the same which Curti~ E. Williams and·R~th
Williams, his wife, by deed dated May 5, 1931, and·
' recorded in th~ Office of the Recorder of Deeds of
Washington County~ Pennsylvania, in ~eed Book Vol~
573, page 592, granted and conveyed to the said
James H. Williams; the said James H. Williams by
deed dated January 10, 1939, and recorded as
aforesaid in Deed Book Vol. 632, page 6, granted
and conveyed all the undivided one-half interest
in and to the above described lands to Barbara M.
Williams; and the said James H. Williams being
then seized of the remaining undivided one-half
interest died on October 18, 1961.
Sold to W. Sloan Stewart and Florence A. Stewart,
his wife, _on May 1, 1964, for the sum of
$2900.00
