age having been born on the 29th dayof April 1905.
3. That decedent1 s entire estate at the time of his death consisted of the

a. Benefit payments under the Federal Coal Mine Health and
·Safety Act of 1969 in the total sum of $216.70.
REALTY:
NONE.

4. That the said Louis Fabian, Deceased; was suryi ved by tl1e following
heirs-at-law:

c. PATRICIA ANN WILLIAMS DAUGHTER

All of the above heirs-at-law being sui juris.
5. All of the creditors of decedent have been paid in full.
6. That this petition for settlement is made pursuant to the provisions of
Section _202 of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18, 1949, P. L. 512, as amended.
WHEREFORE, petitioner prays that the Court direct the Department of
·Health, ·Educati'on and Welfare, Social Sectlrity Administration to pay to Ann\
Fabian, widow, as her Family Exemption, the sum of $216. 70, due the Estate
of Louis Fabian, Deceased, as benefit payment under the Federal Coal Mine
Health and Safety Act of 1969.
And she will ever pray, etc.

within petition presented by-John P. Liekar, Esq., attorney for Ann Fabian,
Petitioner, distribution of Two' Hundred Sixteen and 70 I lOOths ($216. 70) Dollars
benefit payment under the Federal Coal Mine Health and Safety Act of 1969, due
the Estate of Louis Fabian, Deceased, is hereby ordered and decreed to be made
to Ann Fabian, wi~ow of'said decedent.
J· And the Said Department of Health, Education and Welfare, Social Security •'
Administration, is authorized and directed to effect the distribution of said sum of
Two Hundred Sixteen and 70 I lOOths ($216. 70) Dollars as set forth he~ein~bo:ve;
said distribution to be made without the grant of any letter.s in the Estate of Louis . . U··
Fabian, Deceased, or further notice, and that this Decree shall be sufficient warrant
for so doing, and that, upon mak·ing such payment in distribution, the Department
of Health, E9.ucation and Welfare, Social S~curity Administration shall be released
and discharged of and from any further liability and accounting to any one, for or on
account of. the same.
