OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949
The petition of Margaret J.Metz respectfully sets forth
1.The name of the decedent was Frank Metz and his
place of residence was North StrabaneTownship,Washington County,
Pennsylvania.
2.Decedent died October 19,1970.
3.The personal property of the decedent consisted of
the sum of $649.80 in "black lung"benefits payable from the fund
of the Social Security Administration,Department of Health,
Education,a.l1d 1'lelfare.
4.The only persons who 'Hould be enti tIed to share in
an intestate distribution of decedent's estate would be petitione ,
decedent's Widow,and Laverne Renko,decedent's and petitioner's
daughter.Petitioner is 69 years of age and resides in North
Strabane Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania.Laverne
Renko is 40 years of age and resides in the Borough of Bethel
Park,Allegheny County,Pennsylvania.
5.Decedent left a will Whereby he devised and be-
queathed all of his estate to petitioner,but said will has not
been probated and it is not contemplated that it will be.
6.There are no creditors.
WHEREFORE petitioner prays that the court will make an
order providing for the payment to her of said sum of $649.80.

and approved,as is provided in Section 202 of the Fiduciaries
Act of 1949 as amended.
