I,MINNIE HIXENBAUGH,widow,of South Strabane Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,do make and puplish this as and for my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that my funeral expenses and the expenses of my last ill-
ness be paid as soon as possible after my decease.
SECOND:In my Safe Deposit Box in the Pittsburgh National Bank,Washingto
Office,I have one United States Savings Bond in the name of LLOYD HIXE~mAUGH,
which belongs to him,and Four other $25.00 United Stat~s Savings Bonds,one of
which I give to my daughter,ALICE KLER,one to my son,LLOYD HIXENBAUGH,one to
my son,GEORGE HIXENBAUGH,and one to my granddaughter,FERN CRUMRINE.
THIRD:I give and bequeath to ALICE KLER and FERN CRUMRINE all articles
of personal and household use,equipment and ornament,including jewelry and
wearing apparel,located in my room,except my radio,which I give to Fern Crum-
rine for my great grandson,DENNIS CRu}ffiINE.
FOURTH:Since I have already executed a deed to myself and Lloyd Hixen-
baugh as joint tenants with the right of survivorship for the tract of land situ-
ate in South Strabane Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,containing 3.43
Acres,I make no further provision for him in this Will.
FIFTH:All money in the bank and all cash,as well as all the rest,re-
sidue and remainder of my property,I give,devise and bequeath in equal shares
to my daughter,ALICE KLER,my son,GEORGE HIXENBAUGH,and my granddaughter,FERN
CRmffilNE.
SIXTH:I nomin~te and appoint my daughter,ALICE KLER,Executrix of this
my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNE?S WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 11th day of
January,1960.

TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The petition of the undersigned fiduciaries respectfully represents:
1.That in accordance with the provisions of the Inheritance Tax Act as
amended,your petitioners returned for Inheritance Tax purposes all property of the de-
cedent administered by the.,and such additional property of which they had or acquired
knowledge of that might be subject to Inheritance Tax,all as provided at Section 701 of
Article VII of the Act of 1961.P.L.373.
2.That your petitioners arranged to deduct the tax from the property.or
collect the same from the transferees,and to pay said tax,all in accordance with Sec-
tion 741 of the aforesaid Act as amended by Act of 1967.P.L.1031.
3.That your petitioners,on the second page of the Petition Sur Audit.show-
ed payments of Inheritance Tax,but failed to list the same as additional debits and ad-
ditional credits.
4.That copies of receipts showing payment are attached hereto,marked EXBI-
BIT "A".
5.That your petitioners wish to supplement the Petition Sur Audit by adding
