foregoing Petition.THEL~A SAd,n~tural guardian of Carol Ann Joint,
a minor,is hereby authorized to join in the conveyance of the premises
described in the foregoing Petition.being Lots Nos.278 and No.279 in a plan
of lots laid out for the Canonsburg Land and Improvement Company,recorded
in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Washington County,Pennsylvania,
in Plan Book 3,page 48,being situate in the Third Ward of the Borough of Can-
onsburg,Pennsylvania,for and on behalf of said minor.upon receipt of the sum
of $85.00 ,more or less,by the said minor's estate,without the appoint-
ment of a guardian or the entry of security.

PETITION FOR AUTHORITY TO SELL
MINORIs INTEREST IN REAL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE~THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of THELMA SARGO,t respectfully represents:
1.That your Petitioner is the mother and sole surviving parent of
CAROL ANN JOINT.aged 15.and your Petitioner is,therefore.her natural
guardian.Petitioner and said minor reside in Beechview.Allegheny County.
Pennsylvania.
2.That the said minor is _1.§__years of age.having been born on
February 18.1955 •has no guardian for her estate and joins in the prayer of
this P etition.
3.That the estate of the said minor consists of an undivided one-third of
{l/3rd of 1/3rd of 1/7th}in real estate situate in the Third Ward of the Borough of
Canonsburg.Washington County.Pennsylvania~being known and designated as
Lots No.278 and No.279 in a Plan of Lots laid out for the Canonsburg Land and
Improvement Company and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and
for Washington County aforesaid.in Plan Book 3.page 48.which interest is of a
value of less than $2500.00.
4.That the remaining co-owners of the said premises have agreed and
desire to sell the aforementioned premises for the sum of Sixteen Thousand and
no/lOOths ($16.000.OO)Dollars,of which the said minor will receive the sum of
approximately $85.00.

5.That your Petitioner believes the said sum of $16,000.00 to be a
fair and reasonable price for the said premises and greater than can be obtained
in the open market.
WHEREFORE"Petitioner prays your Honorable Court,under the provisions
of Clause (1)of Section 100 1 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended,to authorize
her,as natural guardian of said minor,to join with the other parties in interest in
the sale of the real estate aforesaid.
