( ~NO.(1-'2.~/c;-'~I ( ( PETITION IN AN ESTATE OF LESS THAN FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000.00)DOLLARS UNDER ART II.,SEC.202 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949,P.L.512, AS AMENDED TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT: The Petition of Robert W.Sweeny,respectfully represents: 1.That your petitioner is the nephew of Ruth W.Scott, deceased. 2.That the residence of the decedent was 509 Crumrine Towers,Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania. 3.That the decedent died January 8,1971,at Washin~ton, Washin~ton County,Pennsylvania,and was sixty-four (64)y~ars of age at the time of her death. 4.That your petitioner has not applied for Letters of Administration and does not intend to apply for Letters,and no other person has applied for Letters of Administration to the knowledge of your petitioner. 5.That the estate of the decedent is composed of personal property consisting of a Cashier's Check in the amount of $500.00,three United States Savings Bonds as follows: one $25.00 bond,Series E,Serial No.Q 432 881 971 E,one $25.00 bond,Series E,Serial No.Q 672 419 443 E,one $25.00 bond,Series E,Serial No.Q 766 187 527 E,havinf a total value of $129.40,and a checking account at PittsburRh National Bank, Account No.3 166065,with a balance of $215.98. ..• 6.That the decedent left to survive her,the following heirs: NAME AGE Robert W.Sweeny Sui Juris Betty Jane Sweeny Sui Juris Kathleen Harckom Sui Juris Ellen Jean Kaufman Sui Juris Virginia Vezie Sui Juris RELATIONSHIP Nephew Niece Niece Niece Niece RESIDENCE 666 E.Maiden St. Washington,Pa. 42 Acheson Ave. Washington,Pa. Zanesville,Ohio Phoenix,Arizona And furthermore,there are no other heirs who may have and assert a claim for the share of the estate of the decedent. 7.That your petitioner is sui juris. 8.That there are no unpaid creditors of the estate of except be the decedent,/the funeral bill which is to/pain by your petitioner to Robert Hummell Funeral Home,in the amount of $1,180.00. 9.That this Petition for settlement is made pursuant to the provisions of Art.II,Sec.202,of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,P.L.512,as amended,as Ruth W.Scott,deceased,domicjled in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,in the County of Washington, and leaving an estate composed of personal property of a gross value not exceeding Five Thousand ($5,000.00)Dollars. 10.Your petitioner claims the Cashier's Check in the amount of $500.00,the Series E Savings Bonds,totalin~$129.40,and the checking account balance in the amount of $215.98 which is to of be .applied in p'artial 'payment,!the funeral bill.
