TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
1.That the decedent,PAUL E.ABERCROMBIE,resided
aforesaid address at the time of the decedent's death.

II the decedent's estate or a Petitioner under the Small Estate

decedent.

and nollOO ($1,500.00)Dollars as the family exemption.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable
Court to ORDER AND DECREE that the Department of Health,
Education,and Welfare,Social Security Administration pay the
amount of Nine Hundred Thirty-three and 60/100 ($933.60)Dollars
which represent3 monies owing to the decedent on a Black Lung
claim filed at Claim No.208-05-0175 to AGNES ABERCROMBIE for
her sole use and benefit forever.
