2.You actually paid these debts and can furnish proof of such payment,if required,and

UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949 AS AMENDED
TO THE HONORABLE,P.V.MARINO,JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of VIRGIE R.DOW respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner resides at Langeloth,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That George E.Do1d resided at Langeloth,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That George E.Dold died August 6th,1967,at his home at Langeloth,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,at the age of Forty-five years.
4.That on August 21st,1967 your petitioner was appointed Administratrix
c.t.a.of the Estate .of George E.Dold.The original Letters are attached to this Peti-
tion.
5.All the personal property of the decedent which has come to the knowledge
of your petitioner is as follows:

In addition to the above,the decedent had a Joint Bank Account in the
Mellon National Bank and Trust Company,Burgettstown Office,in the names of George !.
Dold or Ruth M.Dold,on which the Comaonwealth set the taxable amount as $3,376.25,with
a tax of $506.44 face.The tax on this was paid September 11,1967,with discount,in the
amount of $481.12.A copy of the Official Receipt is attached to this Petition.

6.In addition,the deceased and his mother,Bertha B.Do1d,were the owners
of certain U.S.Savings Bonds listed in the Safe Deposit Box Inventory,and Four Savings
Bonds in the names of George Ernest Do1d or Ruth Mildred Do1d,also listed in the Safe
Deposit Box Inventory,copy of which is attached to this Petition.
7.That the Will of the deceased,at Item SECOND,devised the residue and re-
mainder of his estate to his mother,Bertha Do1d,and his sister,Ruth M.Do1d.
8.In addition to the property above set forth,the deceased was named as one
of six joint tenants in the deed from Bertha Do1d,widow,dated
of record in the Recorder's Office for Washington County,Pennsylvania,in Deed Book ;jI~/,
page ~2.8 •
9.All of the creditors of the decedent,in so far as they are known to your
petitioner,are as follows:

all Wilb by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that my funeral expenses and the ex-
penses of my~t illness be paid as soon as may be convenient after
my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
both real arid'p~rsonal,I give,devise and bequeath in the following
manner:
(a)If I am married at the time of my death,r give

(b)If I am unmarried at the time of my death,I

Petition and pursuant to the provisions of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of
1949 as amended,IT IS ORDERED AND DECREED that the Petitioner,VIRGIE R.DOLD,
pay an attorney's fee of $100.00 to JAMES R.DONAlDSON,file all necessary papers
to complete the Inheritance Tax settlement and pay any additional Inheritance Tax
that may be due thereon and thereafter turn over to BERTHA DOLO,mother of the de-
ceased,the balance in the hands of the Petitioner,including the transfer to BERTHA
DOLO of the three $100.00 2%Subordinated Debentures,Series A Bonds issued by The
Greater Industrial Development Corporation of Canonsburg,and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED
AND DECREED that the Petition as presented shall in all respects have the same effect
as a Decree of Distribution after an accounting by the personal representative,and
that the Petitioner is excused from giving any notice of the filing of this Petition,
from filing an Inventory and from any further accounting and,upon the filing of a
Receipt signed by BERTHA DOlD,the surety on the bond of Virgie R.Do1d is relieved
of further liability.
