Last month I called your office and suqqested that a
supplemental audit petition be filed 1n the above case showinq
VJhat the balance for dlstrlbutlon consists of.The audit petition
on f11e shows a balance for distribution of $6449.37 and lists
real estate at $4410.00,household furniture at $200.00,a
'Prudential Insurance Policy at $1,000.00,and a National Slovene
Society Insurance Pollcy at $600.00.Obviously,the insurance
policies must have been processed for payment and tn order to
prepare an adjudication and schedule of distribution,It ts
necessary to determine exactly Vlhat remains for distribution.
In the proper paraqraphs of the audit petltion,please
show ho'N 1ames DeSantis became the sole legatee and devtsee
of deeedentl,s real estate.I suggest that you sho\\'t1:1e prior
death of decedent's husbattd'and also show what happened to
Frances DeSantis.S:S they are listed 1n paragraph Fourth of
the 'Will as havtnq a joint interest.The local court rules require
that elections to take In'ldnd be filed and it does not appear that
such paper has been filed In th1eestate.
