See.iJopened my home for like a boarding hOUSE:z:~MRS.TOWNSEND:~ iii~for the aged.l-ll:o~THE COURT:What is your name? t:Jo MRS.TOWNSEND:Virginia Townsend.We run under the Townsendu ..I0(~Foster Home.So we got connected with all hospitals,and especia ly ILo the mental hospitals.The people up in their 70's or 80's that aren't wanted at home that could be in a home environment. they are well enough to be out of the institution.So we take Ellen Taylor on $125.00 to begin with.We found out she had several problems and she wanted to stay.Her estate with the bank.I told her would raise.We called the Social Workers from the 3 , state hospital and they said they could get the raise for her.All bank customers pay $200.00 a month;that's room and board.And then the ones on Social Security,we take them for their Social Security and the ones on the Welfare,the Welfare.We have 20 at the hous e.Here is her back board and room and references fro n all other banks that we deal with. problem.Now they say she is incom petent.But she is able to be out.I have 20 patients down there from all hos pitals.I have had no trouble with room and board from any of them but this banl to the Mental Health and Judge SweeHs wife is head of that,his around,taking care of herself.She goes out everyday and she is 0 Social Security check.Ellen is able to be out and around.She gOE s first wife,that is,every Friday night.She is capable of getting wrote them letters;I have came to the bank.And they didn't give I me any sufficient answer.So/j:ust billed them.They get her c(~THE COURT:What is your claim now against this estate? >-l>-~MRS.TOWNSEND:I have a back board bill,I have asked them several zIIIlL i times.I don't blame the bank because they claim they tried to ~ClZx contact me by phone.I donIt do business by phone.But I have III~ .=uii:t-III Q...C§ Q::I., ~N iiill:IIIl-ll:0lLIIIll: l-ll: ::I0U...~u ii:II.0 I' here.
