I,Lucy Butchko Zimkovich,of New Eagle,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,
publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found
convenient,and that my hereinafter Executor is hereby authorized
to spend up to $2,000.00 for my funeral expenses.
SECOND:My frame seven room house with lots,located at
Fourth Avenue and Madera Street,New Eagle,Pennsylvania,I give,
devise and bequeath unto my beloved son Nicholas Hutchko.
THIHD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature or wheresoever
situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved children:
John Hutchko,Julia Sterner,Peter Hutchko,Charles Hutchko,Mike
Hutchko,George Hutchko,Elizabeth Soltis and Nicholas Hutchko,
share and share alike and to be equally divided among them.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate and appoint John Hutchko as the
