FRANK CARROLL:If Your Honor please,the Court will note my
appearance in place of Mr.Yablonski's.Midway through the
estate the estate was given to Mr.Murphy,who.asyou know,
died in May of last year.and I have taken over the handling

previously because I thought that I might be involved in a case
downstairs which ended sooner than I anticipated.But the items

which we will need to file in addition to those already is an Inventc ry
which has been prepared and is to be signed this afternoon and
filed with the papers and I have tried to contact Mr.Yablonski
in regards to the original Letters as issued to be able to file them
as well.I was not able to get in touch personally with him but I
s poke to the girl in his office and she indicated he wou ld turn thos ~
over for filing with the Court.
The Inheritance Tax has been paid.There was
an advancement made in this estate and we have asked the heir
to whom the money was advanced to sign an acknowledgmenbt
of this.wh ich will also be filed.But thos e are the only items whic h
