audit and distribution at this session and testimon taken;and thereupon,upon due considerotion
thereof the balance for distribution in the hands of the Accountant is determined to be

FIRST:I direct t hat all my just debts and funeral expenses
be fUlly paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be after
my decease.

SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real
and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Pearl Ruey,
her heirs and assigns,conditioned,however,thQt in the event of
her death in my lifetime,or in the event of her death within the
period of six months after my death,the said devise and bequest
of residue shall ~apse or be divested,and in either event,I give,
devise and bequeath the s Qid residue of my esta te to my children,
Adaria Ruey,Mary Joyce Ruey and John S.Ruey,their heirs'and assigns.
I declare tttto be my intention that should Pearl Ruey be living at
the expiration of six months from thedate of my death,the estate
hereby devised and bequeathed to her shall vest in her absolutely
and in fee simple,free of all conditions.I authorize my executor
to payout of the income or principal of my estate reasonable amounts
for the 8.l pport and maintenance of Pearl Ruey,and as well the re-
asonable expenses of her funeral and gravestone,should she die
within said period of six months..
THIRD:In the e vent that my wife should predecease me or die
within the period of s Ix months after my d eath,then I constitute
and appoint my brother,Harry Buey,as Guardian of the estate Qnd
~ersons of my children,Adaria Ruey,Mary Joyce Ruey and John S.
R'uey.
FOURTH:I constitute and ;p point my wi fe,Pearl Ruey,as
EX:ecutrix.of this my Last Will and Testament and I direct that she
shall not be'required to enter security in any jurisdiction in which
she may act.

my father and Mr.Frazier were appointed liquidating trustees in
partnership.Against the partnership there were so many claims
that they waited until the i statute of limitations expired and dis-
posed of the other claims.But against the estate there are no
outstanding claims except the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax,
which would be taxed at the old two percent.And the only heir is
