I have this day received of and from PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK,my guardian,
duly appointed by the Orphans'Court of Washington County,Pennsylvania,
the sum of FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR and 81/100 ($4,184.81)
DOLLARS,being the amount awarded me at No.82 of 1971 of the Court of
Common Pleas of Washington County,Pennsylvania,Orphans'Court Division,
