The petition of JENNIE WEST,respectfully
represents:
1.The decedent,Donald West,died on October 23,
1970,intestate,a resident of 1029 Fayette Street,Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.The decedent left the following described
personal property,being the decedent's entire estate:
(a)Two shares Lone Star'Gas Company,common
stock,Certificate No.D020713,at 23 7/8
(b)Two shares Lone Star Gas Company,common
stock,Certificate No.D05680,at 23 7/8

3.The decedent left surviving him the following
named heirs and next of kin:
(a)Jennie West,surviving wife
(b)John Allegro,son
(c)Mary Jane Ashmore,daughter
4.No Letters of Administration have been issued
on the decedent's estate.
5.There are no unpaid creditors of the decedent,
and the funeral bill has been paid.
6.Your Petitioner was in family relationship
with the decedent at the time of his death.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays that your
Honorable Court award and set aside to her the above stated
personal property,without notice and without issuance of
Letters of Administration,on account of her family exemption,
all in accordance with provisions of Sections 202 and 211 of
the Fiduciaries Act of April 18,1949,P.L.512,as amended,
and the rules of your Honorable Court.

Decedent and waive the fi ling of a certificate certifying to the payment of the transfer inheritance tax to which
the property of said Decedent is made subject pursuant to the provisions of the Act of June 20,1919,P.L.521,
as amended and the Act of June 15,1961,P.L.373,,as amended.This is also in accordance with the provisions
of the Act of April 9,1929,P.L.343.
This Consent to Transfer the herein described property operates only in reference to the estate of the
