In accordance with your request I have made an appraisal of the above
captioned property.
Market Value is defined as,"The price a willing,well informed buyer
acting without duress or necessity,will pay a willing,well nforrned
oeller ncting without duress or necessity."".
The purpose of the appraisal was to estimate the Market Value of the
property.
I have in~pected the property and have made afuorough investigation
and analysis 'for all matters affecting the value of the property which
consists of a one story frame building in very poor condition and
five acres of nicely contoured land.As a result,I would estimate the
value to be as follows:

The petition of Margaret Morgan and Barbara DeLongo
respectfully represents:
1.That Hannah F.Hood a/k/a.Hannah Flood Hood a/k/a
Hannah Hood,late of Borough o~Canonsburg,Washington Gounty,
Pennsylvania died intestate on December 31,·1970.
2.That Letters of Administration were issued to
your petitioners by the Register of wills of Washington County,
Pennsylvania,on January 4,1971,and surety bond in the sum of

Deed Book Vol.1055,page 400,Washington County Records,Donald
P.DeLongo and Eleanor DeLongo,his wife,conveyed to Hannah

Flooa Hood,ALL that certain tract of ground situate in Chartiers
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being more particular-
ly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin at or near the center of the
township road known as McClain Road at the dividing line between
property herein conveyed and property n/f of Thomas B.Pirrung
et UK.:thence along or near the center of said road,N.6°35·
W.a distance of 435.2 feet to an iron pin at the dividing line
between property herein conveyed and property n/f of James Craig
et UX.i thence along said dividing line,N.80°30 1 E.a distance
of 411.69 feet to an iron pin at the dividing line between the
property herein conveyed and property n/f of James Craig et UX.i
thence along said dividing line S.6°16 1 E.a distance of
542.19 feet to the dividing line between property herein conveyed
and property n/f of Thomas B.Pirrung et UX.i thence along said
dividing line S.80°30 1 W.a distance of 400 feet to the iron
pin at the place of beginning.
The said Hannah Flood Hood a/k/a Hannah F.Hood a/k/a
Hannah Hood died intestate on December 31,1970.On January 4
1971,Margaret M9rgan and Barbara DeLango were appointed
Administrators of the Estate of Hannah Flood Hood a/k/a
Hannah F.Hood a/k/a Hannah Hood by the Register of Wills of
Washington County.
4.That by agreement dated August 26,1971,a copy of,.
which is attached hereto and made part hereofJ your petitioners
~sold the above described real 'estate ~6 John Andy and Elizabeth
May Andy,his wife,for the sum of $6,000.00.
5.That said real estate was appraised by J.C.McClee y
Realtor,for $6,000.00 as will more fully appear by reference to
copy of his appraisal attached hereto and made part hereof.
6.That said $6,000.00 will be more than sufficient to
pay all the debts of the decedent.
WHEREFORE,your petitioners respectfully request that

an Order be made setting the amount of additional bon~,if any,
which they must file before accepting the purchase price from the
buyers.

put on Hannah Hood---an inscription put on Hanrah Hood's
monument.So the bill,the amount is onl,"$38.00.
I felt that was a reasonable expense.So this bill was
