PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF
AN ESTATE OF LESS THAN $5,000.00
TO TIlE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The petition of BETTY WRIGHT respectfully
represents:
1.The decedent,Carol Tanner,died intestate
on August 12,1970,a resident of 689 McClane Farm Road,
washington,Pennsylvania,which place of residence is in
Chartiers Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.The said decedent left the following described
personal property,being the decedent's only estate:
(a)1964 Rambler Sedan automobile,
Manufacturer's No.H256235,
Title No.D16594l95
(b)Rebate check from Mellon National
Bank &Trust Company

3.The decedent left surviving her the following
heirs and next of kin:
(a)Ronald Tanner,son,a minor,three years of age,
689 McClane Farm Road,Washington,Pennsylvania
(b)Traci Tanner,daughter,a minor,one year of age,
689 McClane Farm Road,Washington,Pennsylvania
4.Your Petitioner and her husband,Ralph Wright,
have said children in their custody and have been providing them
with maintenance and support since the death of the decedent.By
Order of your Honorable Court dated November 24,1970 at No.1156
of 1970 O.C.,your Petitioner and her husband were named as
Guardians of the persons of said minor children.
5.No Letters of Administration have been issued
on the said decedent's estate.
6.Your Petitioner advanced to decedent the sum
of One Hundred ($100.00)Dollars toward the purchase of said
automobile,which amount is still due and owing.In addition,
your Petitioner paid the balance of the funeral bill in the
amount of Seventy-four ($74.00)Dollars,which sum is still
due and owing.There are no other unpaid creditors of the
decedent.
7.Your Petitioner is the mother of the decedent,
and your Petitioner was in family relationship with the decedent
at the time of her death,in that she was living with her.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays that your Honorable
Court award and set aside to her the aforesaid items of personal
property of the decedent of the total value of $529.04,without
notice and without issuance of Letters of Administration,on
account of her family exemption,all in accordance with provisions
of Sections 202 and 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18,1949,
P.L.512,as amended,and the rules of your Honorable Court.

of Sections 202 and 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18,1949,
P.L.512,as amended,and the rules of this Court.
FURTHER,an attested copy of this Decree shall be
sufficient authority for the payment of the aforesaid property
to BETTY WRIGHT .~c~
