erected thereon together with all the remaining items of furnitur ,
and the two story frame dwelling house and other out buildings

premises and not herein bequeathed as well as any insurance
policies thereon.
SIXTH:I give and bequeath the sum of $1,000.00 to the
Trustees of the MT.TABOK CHURCH located in the Borough of Long
Branch,Washington County,Pennsylvania,for church purposes
without restrictions.
SEVENTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
after the payment of all expenses of administration etc.,I give,
devise and bequeath unto all of my nephews and nieces,named
herein,and my husband's brothers and ~isters,who may survive
me,in equal shares.
EIGHTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint,WILLIAM H.
HERRON and ROSE'LLA THOMPSON,or the survivor,to be the Executors
of this my Last Will and Testament;and I direct that they shall
not be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in which

Chaney was with the Inheritance Tax Department he and I went to the
Western Pennsylvania National Bank and viewed the assets that we f(und
there.In addition,we went to the farr=nhouse on this·22 acres.Mr.
Chaney went with me.This was,I think,early in January or Decem per,
probably January of this .year or late December of last year;at whic ~
time we went to the farmhol:lse.And while Mr.Chaney was with me
I had a photostatic copy'of the Will in question.At that time I gave
it,laid it on the taote and told the heirs,.including the lady that was
just up here,that here is the Will of Mrs.Herron,if you want to
look it over here it is.lV.Lr.~haney from the In~eritancefFax(Uepar ~ment
was with me when I did that.Since that time there have been possibi ities
that someone is going to claim;in fact,I think she had talked to Mr.
Woodward about it.But up until today I knew ·of no claim of any natu e
against the estate.

and deductions claimed for and on behalf of this decedent's estate,including funeral expenses paid;
family exemption,where applicable;costs of administration of this estate;counsel fees and fudiciary's
commissions paid or to be paid;cost expended for burial trusts,tombstones or gravemarkers,and reli-
gious services,in consequence of the death of the decedent;debts and claims owing and lmpaid at time of
death;taxes accrued chargeable for period prior to decedent's death (except those allowed under Section
651 of the Inheritance and Estate Tax Act);together with a statement of collateral pledged for obliga-
