PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
TO THE HONORABLE,JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Sarah Fuller,by her attorney,George K.
Hanna,respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner who is sui juris is the widow
of Joseph L.Fuller,who died October 2,1970,at Smith Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,a resident of R.D.#2,Burgetts+-
town,Washington County,Pennsylvania,at the age of fifty-nine
(59)years,leaving to survive him,his widow,Sarah Fuller.
2.That no Letters of Administration have been granted
to Sarah Fuller,widow,nor does she intend to apply for said
Letters of Administration.
3.That a family relationship had been maintained until
the time of the death of Joseph L.Fuller.
4.That Joseph L.Fuller,at the time of his death,was
in possession of the sum of $350.10,due from the Social Security
Administration,being the balance due on a claim for black lung
benefit.
5.That your petitioner claims the following personal
.property of the decedent as her family exemption under Section
211 of the Fiduciary·Act·of 1949 ,to-wit:

iWHEREFORE,your petitioner prays that said appraisement be
