PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Juanita Bice,sister of Bernice Bice Morrow,
respectfully represents:
1.She is a 'sister of Bernice Bice Morrow who died
June 7th,1970,intestate and without issue,and she resides at
2665 Eastern R.D.,Barberton,Ohio,44203.Decedent left as her
heirs at law,her husband,Melvin Morrow and her sister,Juanita
Bice.Melvin Morrow,husband of Bernice Bice Morrow,died
intestate and without issue in'A~gust,1970.
2.That decedent resided at Struthers,Ohio.
3.That no Letters of Administration or Letters Testa-
mentary have been taken out in decedent's estate,and no applica-
tion for Letters has been made.
4.That the estate of decedent consisted of her interest
(1/8th)in the estate of John W.Gray,deceased,her uncle,who
died,intestate,without issue,in Washington,Pa.,on March 6,
1970.The estate of John W.Gray was up for audit,December 18,
1970,in Washington County,Pa.,at 279 of 1970,the balance for
distribution being all cash in the amount of $4,851.20.It is
estimated that the 1/8 share of residue due Bernice Bice Morrow
will be around $600.00,after the payment of audit costs and a
small balance of inheritance tax.No Decree of Distribution has
been handed down as yet in the estate of John W.Gray.
5.That Juanita Bice has paid the funeral bill of the
deceased,in the amount of $1,663.35,to Davidson-Becker,Inc.,of
Struthers,Ohio.There are no known unpaid bills of deceased.
She also paid the funeral bill of Melvin Morrow in the amount of

6.That the total value of decedent's estate is less
than $5,000.00.
7.That your Petitioner resides at 2665 Eastern R.D.,
Barberton,Ohio 44203.
8.That your Petitioner is entitled to reimbursement for
having paid the funeral bill of Bernice Bice Morrow in the amount
of $1663.35.
9.That the Petitioner will pay the Attorney fee and
costs connected with this Petition.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner,Juanita Bice,respectfully prays
that the one-eighth (1/8)interest of Bernice Bice Morrow (esti-
mated at $6005 00)in the residuary estate of John W.Gray,dec'd,
be awarded to her under the Small Estates Act,as amended,as far
as it goes,as partial reimbursement for paying the funeral bill
of Bernice Bice Morrow.

ORDER OF COURT
AND NCM,_~~~~7 ,1971,the foregoing Petition
having been p ented a~rea~by The COurt,it appearing to the
Court that all known debts of the decedent have been paid,by
virtue of the authority given by the Small Estates Act as amended,
all the l/8th interest 'of Bernice Bice Morrow in the residue of
the Estate of John W.Gray,deceased,at Number 279 of 1970,
Washington County,Penna.,is hereby awarded to Juanita Bice as
partial reimbursement for having paid the funeral bill of Bernice
Bice Morrow.This Order shall be sufficient authority for Oakle
C.Gray,administrator of said John W.Gray Estate,to pay said
1/8 interest in the cash in said 'estate to Juanita Bice after a
Decree of Distribution is handed down in the John W.Gray Estate
and provided no exceptions are filed to said Decree within ten
(10)days after its date.

On form RCC-20,IIInheritance Tax File Number Assignments"(Re-
sident Estates)for the week ending January 8,197.1,you advise that
a [esident file number has been assigned to the above named decedentts
estate.
As this is a non-resident estato,all forms,tax payments,etc.
in connection therewith must be handled through the non-resident
section of this Division in Harrisburg.We ask,therefore that you
furnish the n~~e and address of the Qttorney or executor,of this
estate 80 as to enable us to mail the appropriate schedules to him
for use in connection therewith.
When supplying the above information,we alao ask that you
advise if the decedent owned real property or tangible personal
property in Pennsylvania.
