The Petition of Michael J.Cushman,-Administ'ra1::or:of)the

1.Anna Cushman Melrose,widow,late resident of
16 Strabane Avenue,Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
died,intestate,on November 2,1970.
2.The Letters of Administration were issued to your
petitioner by the Register of Wills of Washington County,
Pennsylvania,on December 28,1970 and surety bond in the sum
of $2,000.00 was approved and filed.
3.The said Anna Cushman Melrose died seized of 1/9
interest in and to:
ALL that certain tract of land situate in the
Second Ward,of the Borough of Canonsburg,
Washington County,Pa.being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in Chartiers Creek wheres
said Creek crosses Chartiers Street at the inter-
section of property of the A.M.E.Church:thence
by said Chartiers Street,N.36°-30'E~,a distance
of 149.5 feet to a point:thence by said street,
N.100 E.,a distance of 68 feet to property nlf of
George Harsha:thence by said property nlf of
Harsh E.,a distance of 135.33 feet to property
nlf of Robinson,thence by said property
nlf of Robinson.s.191.4 feet to the property of
the said ~.M.E.Church:thence by said property of
the A.M.E.Church,W.,a distance of 235.4 feet to
a place of beginning.

ANDREW CUSHMAN by Catherine Wilson,Widow,et al.,by
deed dated July 25,1912 of record in Deed Book Vol.399
page 144,Washington County Records:and being subject
to the exceptions,reservations,conditions and other
provisions set forth therein a,Bel.in prior conveyances.
The said ANDREW CUSHMA a/k/a/ANDREW CUSHMAN died
on August 12,1942,leaving to survive him as his sole
heirs at law,his widow,ROSELLA CUSHMAN and the
following children:Elizabeth Cushman Levins:Helen
Cushman Sansard:Catherine Cushman Buckles:Veronica
Cushman Dziacek:Margaret Cushman O'Brien,Roselle Cushman
Caffrey:Andrew Cushman,Jr.:Michael J.Cushman:Anna
Cushman Melrose;and Mary Cushman.
The said Mary Cushman,sin9le,died on the 7th day of
April,1950,leaving to survive her as her sole heir at
law her mother,Roselle Cushman and the following brothers
and sisters:Elizabeth Cushman Levins;Helen Cushman
Sansard:Catherine Cushman Buckles:Veronica Cushman
Dziacek:Margaret Cushman O'Brien:Roselle Cushman
Caffrey,Andrew Cushman,Jr.,Michael J.Cushman;and
Anna Cushman Melrose.
The said Roselle Cushman,widow,died on the 26th
day of September,1957 leaving to survive her as her
sole heirs at law,the following named children:

Cushman Buckles:Veronica Cushman Dziacek:Margaret

The said Anna Cushman Melrose died on the 2nd day
of November,1970,a widow,leaving to survive her as
her sole heirs at law the following brothers and sisters:

Margaret Cushman O'Brien:Roselle Cushman Caffrey:
Andrew Cushman,Jr.,and Michael J.Cushman.
4.Your petitioner intends to cause an Inventory and
Appraisement to be prepaFed and filed of record in the above
titled estate,shortly after the sale of the real estate,
which is the subject of this petition.
5.The total value of the administrative Personal
Property to be shown in the Inventory and Appraisement m be
filed in this estate,will be approximately $1,660.04,and
the gross total value of the administrative real estate to be
shown therein,consisting solely of the real .estate which is
the SUbject of this petition is approximately,$1,950.00,or
a total gr~ss administrative estate of $3,610.04.
6.The real estate described herein is being sold for
the sum of $20,500.00:and the approximate value of 1/9 interest
of Anna Cushman Melrose is $1,950.00.
7.Debts and administrative expenses,including attorney
