I,HARRY H.HUGUS,of Fallowfield Township,Washington County,,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,publish and
deolare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,
hereby revoking any will or willa heretofore made by me.

FIRST.I direot that all my"just debts and funeral expenses be fully
paid and satisfied,as soon as oonveniently may be,after my deoease.
SECOND.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,per-
sonal or mixed,wheresoever situated of whioh I may be possessed or to which
I may be entitled at the time of my deoease,I give"devise and bequeath the
same to my wife,LEONA R.HUGUS,if living at the time of my deoease,for her
own proper use and benefit forever;and in the event my wife shouldpredeoease
me or in the event that we both should meet simultaneous deaths,in s~oh
case I then give,devise and bequeath my residuary estate to my daughter,
BETTY JANE KRUELL,and if not living at the time of my deoease then to '1Jr1
granddaughter,BILLIE JANE KRUELL.
THIRD.I name,constitute and appoi~t my wife,LEONA R.HUGUS,as
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.In the event my wife,LEONA
R.HUGUS,predeceases me or is unwilling or unable at the time of my death,
or thereafter,to act as the Executrix hereunder,1 then name and appoint my
daughter,BETTY JANE KRUELL,as Exeoutrix.

BEGINNING at a point in center of State Road (leading from
Charleroi to Bentleyville,formerly identified as Pennsylvania
Traffic Route #71);thence along land of Hannen S.78°E.,the
distance of 425.39 feet,more or less,to line of land now or
formerly of Glenn W.Gayman;thence by the same and also by lands
now or formerly of Louis L.Baker et ux.,S.12°00'W.,the
distance of 143.45 feet,more or less,to a point in line of
land now or formerly of John Gombale et ux.;thence by the same
