PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF A SMALL ESTATE UNDER
!202 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949,AS AMENDED.
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The petition of Veronica Simmons respectfully represents:

The decedent,Andrew Simmons,was a resident of
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and died on
March 4,1970.Your petitioner is the widow of the said
Andrew Simmons and is sui juris.

There are no other persons entitled to share in this
estate.

The only property of the Estate of Andrew Simmons is a
check due from the Social Seuurity Administration in the amount
of $233.40.

The decedent,Andrew Simmons,owed no money,and the
only creditor is your petitioner,who has assumed and paid for
the burial expenses in the amount of $1000.00.

WHEREFORE,your petitioner respectfully requests this
Honorable Court to enter an Order whereby the check from the
Social Security Administration be paid over to the petitioner
to defray the expenses of burial.
