PETITION UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE FIDUCIARIES
ACT OF 1949 FOR THE SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
The petition of J.ROBERT TIDBALL respectfully
represents:
1.That your petitioner is the son of LOTTIE TIDBALL,
a/k/a LOTTIE ELIZABETH TIDBALL.deceased.
2.That the residence of the deceased was 26 Maple Avenue,
Borough of Burgettstown,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That the decedent died October 31,1970 while being a
resident of 26 Maple Avenue,Borough of Burgettstown,Washington County,
Pennsylvania.
4.That your petitioner has not applied for letters of
administration and does not intend to apply,and no other person has applied
for letters of administration to the knowledge of your petitioner.
5.That the estate of the decedent consists of a checking
account #73-417120 in The Union National Bank of Pittsburgh,McDonald

Office,in the amount of $326.53.
6.That the only creditor of the decedent to the knowledge
of your petitioner is LEE FUNERAL HOME for funeral services in the
amount of $1,183.00.
7.That the decedent was survived by:
J.Hobert Tidball son
A.Paul Tidball son
Elizabeth Zellers daughter
Mary Belle Retzer daughter
Ruth Rodebaugh daughter
Ronald Tidball son
8.That the abovenamed heirs have paid all the funeral
expenses set forth except the sum of $326.53.
WHEREFOR.E,your petitioner requests your Honorable
Court.pursuant to Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18.1949,
P.L.512.as amended.20 P.S.Section 320.202.to award distribution of
the entire estate of decedent to Lee Funeral Home without further notice
and without grant of letters of administration.

that the entire amount of the estate as set forth in the petition,which consists
of a checking account #73-417120 in The Union National Bank of Pittsburgh,
McDonald Office,in the amount of $326.53 be distributed to Lee Funeral
Home.
It is further ordered,adjudged and decreed that the said
distribution be authorized without the grant of letters of administration or
further notice,and that The Union National Bank is hereby authorized and
directed to distribute the funds accordingly.
