PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Ruth Mackenzie,sister of Glenn W.Dunn,
a/kia,Glenn William Dunn,a/kia,G.W.Dunn,a/kia,Glenn Dunn,dlc'd,
respectfully represents:
1.She is a sister of Glenn William Dunn who died
October 29,1970,testate,and shg resides at 120 Milbeck Drive,
Washington,Penna.Decedent left as his legatees and devisees
his sister,Ruth Mackenzie,and his brother,Paul E.Dunn,by his
.Will,dated January,1970,attached hereto and made a part hereof
Said Will bequeathed his tools,valued at $10.00,to Paul E.Dunn
and everything else to his siste;,Ruth Mackenzie•..
2.That decedent resided at 365 East Maiden Street,
Washington,Pennsylvania.
3.that no Letters of Administration or Letters Testa-
mentary have been taken out in decedent~estate,and no applica-
tion for Letters has been made.
4.That decedent was survived by his sister,and brother

5.That the estate of decedent consisted of a checking

account i~,~he Pittsburgh National Bank,Washington,Penna.,
Branch,the whole b~;tance'on the date of death being $647.98,a
few tools valued at $10.00,a 1963 Chevrolet,two door automobile
valued at $400.00,and the sum of $896.09,awarded to him by the
Orphans'Court of Allegheny County,Penna.,,in the Estate of Gene
O.Dunn,at No.4013 of 19~,not paid,total $1954.09.
6.That Ruth Mackenzie has paid the funeral bill of the
deceased,in the amount of $1227.00,to Hummell Funeral Home,a
telephone bill in the amount of $8.28,.and a billowed Wm.Pettit
in the amount of $13.00,total $1248.28.That she will buy and
pay for a marker tor his grave.Deceased had no other debts.
7.That the total vaue of decedent's estate is less ,than
$5,000.00.
8.That your Petitioner resides at 120 Milbeck Drive,
Washington,Penna.,15301.
9.That your Petitioner is bequeathed all the estate of
Glenn W.Dunn,except $10.00 worth of tools which she will delive]
to her brother,Paul E.Dunn,and is'entitled to reimbursement
for paying the bills of ~he deceased totalling $1248.28
10.That the Consent of Paul E.Dunn is attached hereto.
11.T~at the Petitioner will pay the Attorney fee and
costs connected with this Petition.

AND NOW,December J r ,1970,the foregoing Petition having
been presented and read by The Court,it appearing to the Court
that all debts of the decedent have been paid,by virtue of the
Will of the deceased and authority given by the Small Estates Act
as amended,the small tools appraised at $10.00,are hereby
awarded to Paul E.Dunn,and all the rest of the estate of the
deceased Glenn W.Dunn,a/kia,Glenn William Dunn,a/kia,G.W.
Dunn,a/kia,Glenn Dunn,namely,checking account number 7-462822,
in the Pittsburgh National Bank,Washington,Pa.,in the amount
of $647.98,the 1963 Chevrolet two door,automobile,manufacturer!

awarded,but not yet paid,to Glenn Dunn in the estate of Gene O.

her of any inheritance tax due the State a Penna.This Order sha 1
be sufficient authority for the said Ruth Mackenzie to receive
and receipt for the items herein awarded to her.
