The Petition of MARIE C.RUFFNER,respectfully repre-
sents:
I.That your petitioner is the widow of Royce R.
Ruffner,a/k/a Royce Ruffner,deceased,and is t'herefore a party
In interest In his estate.
2.Your petitioner resides at 309 Green0Street,
Houston,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That the dec~dent,Royce R.Ruffner,a/k/a Royce
Ruffner,died intestate on July 13,1970,his place of residence
at that time being 309 Green Street,Houston,Wash1ngton County,
P!ennsy Ivan ia.

4.That the decedent left to survive him his widow,
Marie C.Ruffner,the petitioner herein;one adult chi Id,Joyce
Karpy,who is married and resides at R.D.#2,Eighty Four,
Washington County,Pennsylvania;and one minor child,Lynn
Ruffner,age 17,who resides at 309 Green Street,Houston,
Washin'gton County,Pennsylvania,with your petitioner herein.
5.That the estate of decedent amounts to less than
$2,500.00 and consists of the fol lowing:
Fifteen (15)shares of American General Insurance
Company common stock valued at $186.00.

6.That your petitioner has made payment of the fol-
lowing bi I Is entered against the estate of decedent:

The said expenditure exceeds the value of the assets of
the estate as set forth in paragraph 5 and there are no other
known debts.
7.That this petition for settlement IS made pursuant
to the provisions of Article II,Section 202 of the Fiduciary's
Act of 1949 as amended,effective November 10,1959,decedent
-having died domici led in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,County
of Washington,and owning property of a gross value not exceeding
$2,500.00.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to enter a Decree of Distribution of the stock referred to herein-
above,formerly owned by the decedent,Royce R.Ruffner,a/k/a
Royce Ruffner,to your petitioner,Marie C.Ruffner,without
further notice or with such notice as your Honorable Court may
deem necessary.
