LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,MIKE MATULLO,of South Strabane Township,Washington
County.,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,pUbl ish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking any other will
or wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct my executrix hereinafter named

to pay all my ju:;t debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient
after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my
estate of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate to
my wife,Catherine Matullo,if she be living at the time of my
decease,provided,however,if my said wife shall have predeceased
me or we shall have died in a common disaster,then and in such
event I give,devise and bequeath my said estate as follows:
(a)I give and devise the real estate situate in the
City of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,known as 191
North Main Street and 20 West Walnut street,Washington,penn-
sylvania,and the twenty (20)inch strip of land adjoining said
20 west Walnut street to my son,Anthony Francis Matullo.
(b)I give and devise the real estate situate in South
Strabane Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,known as 1510
North Main street to my son,Anthony FrancJ_s Ma tullo,and my
daughter,Lucille G.Cancelmi,share and share alike.
(c)All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate I give,devise and
bequeath to my son,Anthony Francis Matullo.

THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint my
wife,Catherine Matullo,to be Executrix of this,My Last Will
and Testament,provided,however,that if my said wife shall be
