The Petition of Thelma M.Owings respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the widow of Ray Owings,a/k/a
Ray Donald Owings,Deceased.
2.That the residence of the decedent was R.D.#1,
Burgettstown,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That the decedent died October 28,1970,at Burgettstown,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,and was fifty-two (52)years of
age.A family relationship was maintained between your petitioner,
and the deceased until the time of his death.
4.That your petitioner has not applied for Letters of
Administration and does not intend to apply for:1etters and no
other person has applied for Letters of Administration to the
knowledge of.your petitioner.
5.That the estate of the decedent is composed entirely
of two checks from Pennweir Construction Company,totaling
$586.00,and a 1967 Ford Sedan valued at $1,000.00,and a 1966
International Truck valued at $400.00.
6.That the decedent left to survive him,the following
heirs:

RELATIONSHIP RESIDENCE
Daughter Burgettstown,Pa.

And furthermore,there are no other heirs who may have
and assert a claim for the share of the estate of the decedent.
7.That your petitioner is sui juris.
8.The funeral bill which was in excess of $1,000.00 has
been paid by your petitioner,Thelma M.Owings.
9.That this petition for settlement is made pursuant
to the provisions of Art.III Sec.202 of the Fiduciaries Act of
1949,P.L.512,as amended,as Ray Owings,a/k/a Ray Donald
Owings,deceased,domiciled in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
in the County of Washington,and leaving an estate composed of
·ItwochecksfromPennweirConstructionCompany, a 1966 International
Truck and a 1967 Ford Sedan,of a gross value not exceeding I
Five Thousand and no/IOO ($5,000.00)Dollars.j

10.Your petitioner claims as her family exemption the I
two checks from Pennweir Construction Company in the amount of
$586.00,and the 1966 International Truck valued at $400.00.
Your petitione~also claims the 1961 Ford Sedan valued at
$1,000.00 as reimbursement for having paid the funeral bill.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court
.'.to enter a Decree of Distribution of the checks.":f:rom Pennweir
Construction Company in the amount of $586.00,the Ford Sedan,
valued at $1,000.00,and the International Truck,valued at
$400.00,without further notice or with such notice as your
Honorable Court may deem necessary and without grant of letters
testamentary.

foregoing Petition for,settlement of an estate of less than
Five Thousand ($5,000.00)Dollars and for Family Exemption,
having been presented in open Court and upon consideration thereof!
and upon motion of George K.Hanna,Esq.,Attorney for the
Petitioner,it is ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the checks
from Pennweir Construction Company,totaling $586.00,and the
1967 Ford Sedan,Serial No.7H34C140956,and the 1966 InternationalI
Truck,Serial No.780905G189270,the Ford Sedan being valued at
$1,000.00,and the International Truck being valued at $400~00,
shall be distributed in the following manner:
TO:THELMA M.OWINGS,the two checks from Pennweir Construction
Company,totaling $586.00,and the 1966 International Truck,
Serial No.TB0905G189270,valued at $400.00 as her family
exemption.
TO:THELMA M.OWINGS,the 1967 Ford Sedan,Serial No.7H34C140956,
valued at $1,000.00 as reimbursement for payment of the funeral
expenses,and Pennweir Construction Company is requested and
authorized to make direct payment to Thelma M.Owings of the
two checks totaling $586.00,and the Bureau of Motor Vehicles
is hereby directed and authorized to transfer said vehicles,
upon payment of proper fees.
