TO THE HONORABLE THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition of MARGHERITA BRACCO respectfully
represents:
1.That Teresio Bracco died testate on June 2,1970,
at the Golden Age Nursing Home,Brownsville,Pennsylvania,and
he was residing at 958 Park Street,California Borough,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,at the time of his death.
2.That the said Teresio Bracco,by the provisions of
his Last Will and Testament,the original of which is hereto
attached,devised and bequeathed all of his estate to his wife,
MARGHERITA BRACCO,your petitioner.
3.That your petitioner and the decedent maintained
the family relationship at the time of his death.
4.That your petitioner now resides'with her daughter,
Celestina P.Menia,in California Borough,Washibgton County,
Pennsylvania,Post Office Address,R.D.1,Coal Center,Pennsyl-
vani a.

That no Letters Testamentary have been granted in
the Estate of Teresio Bracco,Deceased,and there is no
contemplation of having any Letters Testamentary entered in said
Estate.

the sum of $583.50,due to the said decedent for Black Lung
payments from January 1970 through May 1970.
7.There are no outstanding claims against the Estate,
and all bills,including the funeral bill,have been paid.
WHEREFORE,Your petitioner,under authority of Sections
202 and 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended and
supplemented,prays your Honorable Court to authorize and direct
The Social Security Administration to pay the sum of $583.50 to
your petitioner,Margherita Bracco,on account of her family

do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my last Will and
Testament,her~by revoking and making void any and all Wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
FIRST,I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be after
my decease.
SECOND,I give,devise and bequeath all my property,both
real and personal,wheresoever situate,to my beloved wife,
Margherita Bracco,to have and to hold for herself,her heirs and
assigns forever;but in the event that my said ~ife does not
survive me,I then give,devise and bequeath all of the above
property to my beloved daughters,Celestina P.Menia,Mary A.
Bolden and my beloved son Jospeh P.Bracco,to be divided equally,
share and share alike,to have and to hold for themselves,their
heirs and assigns forever.
THIRD,I hereby make,constitute and appoint my beloved
daughter,Celestina P.Menia,to be Executrix of this my last Will
and Testament.
