Petition of Doris H.Wilson respectfully represents:
1.That Roy H.Wilson died testate on the 26th day
of August,1970,a copy of said ~ill being attached hereto,
made a part hereof,and marked Exhibit A.

2.That the decedent's assets consisted of a 1967
Chevrolet truck having a mean value of $1,392.50,a photo copy
of the title to the said truck being attached hereto and marked
Exhibit B.
3.That the decedent owed debts at the time of
his demise amounting to $1,196.94,a copy of which is attached
hereto and marked Exhibit C.
4.That the funeral bill,including the funeral
director,cemetery lot and opening grave,amounted to $1,924.00.
5.That your Petitioner has paid Mr.Hummell,the
Funeral director,but has not paid for the cemetery lot and
opening of the grave.
6.That the Estate of the decedent is insolvent and
your Petitioner is entitled to any benefits that could possibly
accrue from the decedent's Estate,according to Exhibit A.
7.That there is no inheritance tax due on said
Estate,it being insolvent,and any existing debts your PetitionerI
is willing to payout of her personal assets.
8.That subsequent to the death of the decedent,he

received a check from the National Preferred Globe Life and
Accident Insurance Company for $328.57,which said check is
payable to the decedent.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court
for an Order declaring said Estate insolvent,authorizing the
transfer of the 1967 Chevrolet truck to your Petitioner and

and revoke any Will previously made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses shall be paid from the assets of my estate as
soon as practicable after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate,real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to
my wife,Doris V.Wilson,providing she shall survive me by
ninety (90)days.Should my wife,Doris V.Wilson,predecease me
or we die as a result of a common disaster,I give,devise and

L.Wilson.
