my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and
all wills by me at anytime heretofore made.

I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named,pay all
of n~just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may
be practicable after my decease.
I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,real,
personal or mixed,of which I die seized or possessed
or to which I may be entitled at my decease to my
beloved wif~,ROSE HUBA.
If my beloved wife should predecease me and not-be
able to accept the devise and bequest of Paragraph
Second aforesaid,then and only in that case,I give,
devise and bequeath all of my property,real,personal.
