PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT
OF SMALL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE THE PRES IDENT JUDGE OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition of LENA M.CAMPBELL respectfully
represents:
1.That George Campbell,Sr.died testate on JUly 12,
1970 at the Brownsville General Hospital,Brownsville,Pennsyl-
vania,and he was residing in Caol Center Borough,Washington
County,Pennsyl~ania,at the time of his death.
2.That the said George Campbell,Sr.,by the
provisions of his Last Will and Testament,the original of which
is hereto attached,devised and bequeathed all of his estate
to his wife,LENA M.CAMPBELL,your petitioner.
3.That your petitioner is a resident of Washington
County,Pennsylvania,and she.resides in Coal Center Borough,
Washington County,Pennsylvan~a.
4.That no Letters Testamentary have been granted in
the Estate of George Campbell,Sr.,Deceased,and there is no
contemplation of having any Letters Testamentary entered into
said Estate.

5.That the above decedent left an estate consisting
of the sum of $1,300.20,due to the said decedent for Black
Lung payments for the months of January through June,1970,
inclusive.
6.There are no outstanding claims against the Estate,
and all bills,including the funeral bill,have been paid.
WHEREFORE,Your pet it ioner,under .author.i ty of Secti ons
,I;
202 and 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended and
supplemented,prays your Honorable Court to authorize and direct
The Social Security Administration to pay the sum of $1,300.20
to your petitioner,Lena M.Campbell,on account of her family
exemption.
And she will ever pray,etc.

do hereby make,publish and declare thi's to be my,Last Will and

Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking any
Will or Wills'heretofore made by me.
FI RST:I direct thax all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently
may be,after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,of Whatsoever type or nature,real,personal or mixed,
and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,
LENA M.CAMPBELL,only in the event she survives me,and in the
event she fails to survive me,then I give,devise and bequeath
all of my said estate to my six childre.n,n~mely,JOHN ROBERT
CAMPBELL,THELMA TYHONA S,DOROTHY WHITE,BETTY DEAN,GEORGE
CAMPBELL,JR.,and FRANKLIN CLARK CAMPBELL,to be theirs solely and
absolutely,share and share alike.
THIRD:I do hereby nominate,'constitute and appoint
my wife,LENA M.CAMPBELL,to be Executrix of this my Last Will
and Testament,but in the event my wife should predecease me,
then I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my sons,GEORGE
CAMPBELL,JR.,and JOHN ROBERT CAMPBELL,to be Co-Executors,of
this my Last Will and Testament.
