TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Julia Dhanse respectfully represents:
1.That your Petitioner is the mother of Harry Dhanse
(mistakenly named Harry D.Hanse in Pennsylvania Certificate of
Title,hereinafter mentioned),who died August 14,1970,a
resident of Washington County,Pennsylvania.'
2.The decedent was never married and lived with his
mother,Julia Dhanse,the Petitioner herein.
3.The decedent died intestate,leaving to survive his
mother as his sole and only heir at law.
4.Letters of Administration have not been petitioned
for,nor granted by the Register of Wills of Washington County.
5.That Petitioner c1aLms the following personal
property:One 1964 Buick sedan automobile,Manufacturer's No.
AJ1588684,Title No.E16316096,mistakenly titled in the name,
Harry D.Hanse,whereas the correct title should have been Harry
Dhanse,of a value of $400.00 ,as per an appraisement of an
independent garage dealer hereto attached,as her exemption under
Section 211 of the Fiduciary's Act of 1949.
WHEREFORE,Petitioner prays that said property be set
apart to her and that the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
Department of Transportation,be ordered to make the change in

AJ1588684,Title No.E163l6096,in the name of Harry D.Ranse,is
hereby awarded to the mother of the said decedent,Julia Dhanse,
as and mr her family exemption,and the Coumonwea1th of
Pennsylvania,Department of Transportation,is hereby ordered
and directed to issue a Certificate of Title to the said
automobile in the name of Julia Dhanse.

c;~~-.J(mistakenly named Harry D.Banse in Pennsylvania Certificate uf
Title,here;lnafter mentioned),who died August 14,1970,a
resident of Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.The decedent was never married and lived with his
mother,Julia Dhans8,the Petitioner herein.
3.The decedent died intestate,leaving to survive his
mother as his sole and only heir at law.
4.Letters of Administration have not been petitioned
for,nor granted by the Regiater of Wills of Washington County.
5.That Petitioner c1a~s the following personal
property:One 1964 Buick sedan automobile,Manufacturer's No.
AJ1588684,Title No.E163l6096,mistakenly titled in the name,
Harry D.Hanse,whereas the correct title should have been Barry
Dhanse,of a value of $400.00 ,as per an appraisement of an
independent garage dealer hereto attached,as her exemption under
Section 211 of the Fiduciary's Act of 1949.
WHEREFORE,Petitioner prays that said property be set
apart to her and that the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
Department of Transportation,be ordered to make the change in
